Placing an order

Age Restriction and Personal Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access, use, or place an order for goods or services via this Website. By using this Website and/or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you are not permitted to access or use this Website, or to place an order. Any use of the Website or order placed in violation of this requirement shall be deemed unauthorized and void.
• Parents and legal guardians remain fully responsible for any use of the Website or orders placed by minors under their care, whether authorized or unauthorized.
• You represent and warrant that any products purchased are for your own personal use only and are not intended for resale, commercial distribution, or any unlawful purpose.
• We disclaim any liability arising from false or misleading representations of age or eligibility made by users of the Website.
  Billing and payments
• All fees or charges must be paid according to the billing terms in effect at the time of payment.
• Payment for all goods and services must be made in full at the time of placing your order unless otherwise expressly stated during the order process.
• Payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted channels and comply with PCI standards.
• For high-risk transactions, we may require government-issued ID verification and/or recent bank statements.
• Endorphin reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities per customer, or adjust pricing at any time.
• For subscription products, payments will be taken at the intervals communicated to you at checkout. Each subscription order constitutes a separate and binding contract between you and ENDORPHIN FOOD SUPPLEMENTS TRADING L.L.C, trading as ENDORPHIN (“ENDORPHIN”).
• Title to goods passes to you only once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

 

Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions:

• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring monthly payments until cancellation.
• Automatic renewal occurs every 30 days at the current subscription rate.
• You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
  

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation instructions will be sent via email and are available in your account.
• Once cancelled, your subscription status will update as “inactive.”

 

Order acceptance

• Orders are accepted only after verification and confirmation by Endorphin.
• We may reject orders due to stock unavailability, age verification failure, or pricing errors.
• Ownership of goods transfers to you upon dispatch.
  Withdrawal of Products or Services
• ENDORPHIN reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue, or amend any product, service, or subscription at its sole discretion.
• In such cases, ENDORPHIN will provide reasonable prior notice where possible. Any amounts paid in advance for products or services that will not be supplied shall be refunded. ENDORPHIN shall not be liable for any further compensation or damages arising from such withdrawal.

Termination by ENDORPHIN: ENDORPHIN may terminate any contract with immediate effect by written notice to you if:

• You fail to make payment when due, and such payment remains outstanding two (2) days.
• You fail, within a reasonable time after request, to provide information, cooperation, or access required by ENDORPHIN to perform its obligations, including (but not limited to) accurate delivery information or details necessary for subscription services; or
• You fail, within a reasonable time, to accept delivery of the goods or permit performance of the services.

In the event of termination under this clause, ENDORPHIN reserves the right to recover from you all losses, costs, charges, and expenses incurred, including enforcement and recovery costs.

Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription for goods or services by providing written notice to hello@endorphin.ae or through your online account at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the renewal date.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the subscription automatically renewing, and you shall remain liable for payment.
• Refunds for cancellation are subject to ENDORPHIN’s sole discretion and applicable return policies.

 

General

• Nothing in these Terms shall obligate ENDORPHIN to provide refunds, credits, or compensation beyond what is expressly stated herein.
• These provisions are without prejudice to ENDORPHIN’s other rights and remedies under law or contract.

 

Pricing and late payments

Prices

• All prices on the Website are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  Late Payments
• In the event of late payment, interest will accrue at a rate of 1% per year above the UAE Central Bank base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment is made in full.
• You are responsible for paying any accrued interest in addition to the outstanding amount.

 

Accuracy of information

While we strive for accuracy, the Website may contain typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Endorphin reserves the right to correct information, update pricing, or cancel orders at its discretion.

 

Product Disclaimer

• Endorphin’s products are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
• Consult your healthcare professional before using supplements, dietary products, or wellness devices.
• Product images may vary slightly in colour or packaging from the actual product.

 

Gift cards

Validity & Expiry

• Gift Cards issued by ENDORPHIN FOOD SUPPLEMENTS TRADING L.L.C, trading as ENDORPHIN (“ENDORPHIN”) must be redeemed in full within six (6) months of the date of issue.
• Any unused balance automatically expires at the end of the twelve (12) month period and shall not be refundable, transferable, or credited back.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credited to an account, or used to purchase additional Gift Cards unless expressly stated by ENDORPHIN.

 

Our liability to you

Legal Rights

• As a consumer in the United Arab Emirates, you may have certain rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (the “UAE Consumer Protection Law”) and any implementing regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights under applicable UAE law.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ENDORPHIN’s liability for:
  • (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • (c) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful under UAE law to exclude or restrict liability.
• Limitations of Liability: Subject to Clause 2, ENDORPHIN shall not be liable for:
  • Losses that are unexpected, meaning losses that were not foreseeable at the time of entering into the contract;
  • Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions;
  • Losses that were avoidable, such as by following our product instructions, or by consulting a licensed medical professional before use (ENDORPHIN products and services are not a substitute for medical advice); or
  • Business-related losses, including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, goodwill, or data, where products or services are used for trade, business, or professional purposes.

Subject to the above, ENDORPHIN’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods or services giving rise to such claim.

 

Data protection

Personal Data: How we collect, process, and use your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable UAE data protection and privacy laws.

 

Transfer of contract

• ENDORPHIN may transfer its rights and obligations under this contract to another organisation, provided that such transfer does not affect your statutory rights. You will be notified in writing if this occurs.
• You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this contract without prior written consent from ENDORPHIN.

 

Third party rights
This contract is solely between you and ENDORPHIN. No third party shall have any right to enforce or rely on any of its terms.

 

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent UAE court or authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

Enforcement
Even if ENDORPHIN delays or refrains from enforcing any provision of this contract, such delay shall not constitute a waiver of our rights, and we may enforce our rights at a later date.

 

Backups
Users are responsible for their own data. Endorphin is not liable for data loss but may, at its discretion, restore some content from backups.

 

Links to third-party websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Endorphin does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

 

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, content, and materials on this Website are owned by Endorphin or its licensors. Users are granted no rights or licenses to reproduce or use any intellectual property for commercial purposes.

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• Endorphin, its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  
• Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of AED 1 or the amount actually paid for the relevant product in the month preceding the liability event.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Endorphin and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Website, your Content, or any violation of these Terms.

 

Governing law

These Terms are governed by UAE law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

 

Changes to terms

Endorphin may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (UAE):

• Free standard next day delivery in the UAE for orders of AED 350 and above.
• 4-hour delivery in Dubai is available for qualifying orders placed before 6 PM (within Dubai city limits, excluding freezones).
• Orders in Dubai and other Emirates placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

 

GCC & International Shipping:

• GCC (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): Flat-rate shipping AED 100.
• International customers may be liable for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

 

Kindly note that while we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. These include public holidays (in the UAE or destination country), customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Tracking:

• Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your registered email.
• If missing, contact hello@endorphin.ae with order details.
  

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Refunds:

• Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit at ENDORPHIN’s discretion.
• Damaged or improperly packaged returns may receive partial refunds.
  

 

Exchanges: No exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.

 

Local & International Returns:

• UAE returns are collected free of charge.
• GCC & International returns are the customer’s responsibility, including shipping.
• All returns are inspected; ENDORPHIN reserves the right to reject non-compliant items.
