Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

Eligibility: Products purchased directly from endorphin.ae may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the following:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Product must not be damaged or altered
• Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Opened or partially used products
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper packaging during return

 

Return Process

• Send us an email at hello@endorphin.ae.
• Provide your order details and reason for return. You may also send photos if needed.
• Do not discard the product until your return is approved. Additional verification may be required.
• Once approved, return the product within 7 days to the address provided.
• Returned products will be inspected. If items are used, damaged, missing parts, or improperly packaged, Endorphin reserves the right to issue partial compensation or reject the return.
  
• Refunds are issued at Endorphin’s discretion, back to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take up to 14 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
• Endorphin reserves the right to deny refund requests for abuse of the policy, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

 

Exchanges: At this time we do not accept exchanges.

 

International Returns

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs and proper packaging for returns from outside the UAE.
• Returns will be inspected; damaged or improperly packaged items may be rejected.
• Processing time may be longer due to shipping and customs clearance.

Abuse Prevention: Endorphin reserves the right to refuse service or limit returns/exchanges in cases of suspected abuse, repeated returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

Liability Disclaimer

• Endorphin is not responsible for loss or damage caused during shipping.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure products arrive in good condition, but liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
• Products should be handled carefully upon receipt; improper storage or use may void return eligibility.
