ENDORPHIN FOOD SUPPLEMENTS TRADING L.L.C (“Endorphin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to ensuring safe, timely delivery of products and fair handling of returns, refunds, and exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Order Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will email the tracking information to the registered email address provided at checkout. If you have not received an email, contact hello@endorphin.ae with your order number, contact number, and full name.

Delivery Fees

Region	Fee
UAE (Dubai & Other Emirates)	-AED 35 for 4-hour express delivery service within Dubai city limits (excluding freezones) -FREE standard next-day delivery for orders above AED 350. AED 25 delivery fee for orders below AED 350. -AED 35 for 3-day delivery service to remote locations within the UAE.
GCC (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman)	Flat AED 70 delivery fee.
International	Rates are based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight of the parcel. A 10% EPG surcharge and 15% fuel surcharge apply on top of base shipping fees. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout. Customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees are not included in shipping rates and the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery Times

 

Dubai:

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM the next day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
• Optional: 4-hour express delivery service available within Dubai city limits (excluding freezones) for orders placed before 5:00 PM.
  

Other Emirates:

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM the next day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
  

Remote Areas: We offer a dedicated 3-day delivery service for remote access areas. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM on Thursdays or Sundays.

GCC: 2–4 working days by air (from Dubai warehouse, subject to customs clearance).

International: Delivery times vary by country; standard timelines are shared at checkout. 

International Shipping & Customs: All non-UAE orders are treated as export/import transactions. Recipients may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes in their country. Refusal to pay these charges may result in non-delivery, with costs non-refundable. 

Delivery Disclaimer: While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters, customs clearance).

 

Liability Disclaimer

• Endorphin is not responsible for loss or damage caused during shipping.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure products arrive in good condition, but liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
• Products should be handled carefully upon receipt; improper storage or use may void return eligibility.
